Terms governing Steadiflow products
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Steadiflow (Brizelonskyx) when you access brizelonskyx.world, purchase listed kits, or consume downloadable resources. By continuing you confirm you act as a consumer or authorised business buyer with power to contract.
Defined offerings
Offerings include digital productivity maps, printed micro-journals, and seasonal guidance bundles described with Danish kroner pricing on steady-offerings.html. Ancillary workshops marketed later inherit these terms unless a separate contract states otherwise.
Account representations
You warrant that billing details are accurate, that you will not share download tokens outside your household or organisation licence, and that you are older than eighteen or hold guardian permission.
Orders and acceptance
An order becomes binding when we send written acceptance to your email. We may decline orders linked to fraud scores, export restrictions, or stock shortages; declined payments release authorisations according to your bank timeline.
Pricing and taxes
Displayed DKK amounts include Danish VAT where applicable. Cross-border buyers see estimated duties at checkout when the platform can calculate them; couriers may invoice adjustments if customs reclassify stationery.
Digital licence scope

Intellectual property

Print tolerances
Letterpress journals may exhibit subtle colour variance between lots. Variations inside industry tolerances are not defects; significant misalignment entitles you to replacements under return.html.
Seasonal program rules
Guided Cadence Season materials unlock weekly. Missing a week does not automatically extend access unless you purchase an extension pack. Coaches provide suggestions, not personalised professional advice regulated elsewhere.
Prohibited conduct
You may not scrape brizelonskyx.world, bypass rate limits on downloads, harass studio staff, or misrepresent affiliation with Steadiflow while reselling blank journals.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products aim to help you plan time thoughtfully. Steadiflow disclaims implied warranties to the extent Danish law allows, except statutory consumer guarantees covering defective goods which remain non-waivable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permissible, our aggregate liability for claims arising from these terms caps at the amount you paid for the triggering product during the twelve months preceding notice. We exclude indirect loss such as lost profits except where such exclusions are void for consumers.
Force majeure
Delays caused by strikes, pandemics, energy emergencies, or postal embargoes suspend performance until reasonable substitutes exist, with proactive notice via email.
Governing law and venues
